    •                The Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering is a five year program that focuses on the study of information and communications technology. Students are trained in preparation for the disciplines in software development, data and telecommunications and microelectronic field.

      Competencies:
    • Design, manage and maintain computer hardware and microelectronic systems
    • Troubleshoot and test computer networks under different topologies and/or data communications protocol
    • Perform research in the fields of data communications, computer system architecture, software development, robotics and artificial intelligence
    Diploma in Computer and Electronics Technology

                   The Diploma in Computer and Electronics Technology (DCET) is a two-year program that aims to provide students with the technical skills to manipulate hardware systems. In particular, the program starts by familiarizing students with the fundamentals of electricity and electroniccs and then trains them in basic and advanced troubleshooting with the network operations. It further hones students' skills in setting up and troubleshooting network. The program is also designed to provide students with a broad perspective of computer systems. Furthermore, it provides a balanced education and training in computer technology through the inclusion of software-related courses. It also familiarizes students with electronic and hardware technologies to prepare them towards a more advanced hardware or engineering programs. The curriculum also requires students to undergo on-the-job training to ensure that skills learned in the program will be put to use. I this course, students acquire the ability to identify, describe and troubleshoot hardware integrated by software applications since the curriculum is a mixture of theory and extensive hands-on activities.
